FLIGHTS:

Flights by Int-air (feeds from sabre): Largest air consolidator in Canada.

- Sometimes it may show as two charges - just let the client know.

* Changes to flights have to go though us UNLESS it is a WEB/NVC fare means the Airline owns the fare, notifies the client, and flight changes come from airline. These fares can be rigid.

For changes before 7 days an email will come to the agent. Agent will have to modify

For changes within 72 hours they will call

For changes within 24 the airline will notify the client and the agent.

Clients can call "We've got your back" number to address air issues once the trip starts.
